About Coach Kat

Bringing over a decade of performance enhancement experience in and out of athletics, Coach Kat brings a lot to the table with her profound knowledge of sports.

Kat is the owner/founder of Coach Kat International/Elite Mental Coaching specializing in Sports Psychology, Performance, and Mental Game Coaching.

Kat’s goal is to help athlete’s reach their highest potential while learning valuable mental skills that can be applied in all other areas of their lives.

Kat is an award-winning Certified Life Coach, Facilitator, and Motivational Speaker and has many years’ experience helping others lead the life they were meant to have.

Applying her unique skills and experience as a collegiate tennis and volleyball player, Kat has motivated many to grow their confidence, deal with adversity, become more resilient, master their goals and achieve successes beyond their wildest dreams.

As a coach, Kat is the bridge between where athletes are now and where they desire to be in the not-so-distant future.

Coach Kat also holds certifications utilizing the Change Grid from Tension Management Institute, “Understanding Human Behavior” from The Institute for Behavioral Insights, and is a certified Mental Game Coaching Professional by Dr. Cohn and Peak Performance Sports.

Currently, Kat divides her time between coaching, mentoring, public speaking and volunteering as an activist for women’s and animal rights.

Coach Kat earned her degree in International Relations from the University of Alabama in Birmingham preparing her for a successful endeavor in the diplomatic corps. Kat is also a very proud active alumna of Alpha Sigma Tau National Sorority.

Coach Kat lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia with her husband, Jeffrey. They spend time together watching sports, traveling, reading, and hanging out with their amazing, very well-loved rescue cats.
